Calutaxi484
So I'm a recent grad looking for a job in my new field, but I kind of have a problem as far as what to put on an application. One of the places I worked, we didn't exactly part on good terms. I was terminated, but later there was a settlement. Part of the settlement agreement is no fault, and a neutral reference. So what do I do for the "reason for leaving" section of every application out there? I'm not even supposed to talk about the settlement in the first place, so how could I elaborate? My resume is definitely squared away, but it's the application that would seem to be the problem here.
