FitChick
For some reason, I couldn't post a link here, so go to oprah.com and search for "Why Can't I Lose Weight?" Read about women who thought they were doing everything right but actually weren't. When Oprah's team worked with them for a few months, they all lost weight. Follow their advice. USMCHokie
Absolutely agree. Whenever I hear anyone say that they're doing everything right but don't see any progress, my first and only thought is that they aren't doing things right ENOUGH...
BewitchedandBothered
I am going through this very thing. I lost 25.5 inches since joining my gym in October. I have hypothyroidism and was told losing weight would be at a snail's pace, but exercise would help reduce my joint pain and fatigue. I feel like a powerhouse now. I work out 2 hours a day for 6 days a week with a wonderful trainer. I take zumba, boot camp, yoga and other classes that really kick my butt:) I am 2 jean sizes down, you can see where my belly used to be in my shirts that are too loose. Fatigue and joint pain is gone, the bod is looking better, flatter belly, and nice looking arms. 25.5 inches down, fat count down, muscle count up, but no change in weight. No gain thank goodness:) but...no loss. I have done well to monitor my diet and ensure I have the right fuel before workouts, as per trainer.
