Eternal Sunshine
I found out that my university offers free counseling to all employees. I am going to take advantage of that I think that I have so many problems that I don't know where to start. Should I start with my relationship problems? Or with coping with my dad's illness and how much financial strain it's putting on me? Or should I be more to the point and say that I have very low self-esteem and work on just that? Or do I say I think I have BPD and see what they say?
denise_xo
Say everything. Then they help you do the sorting. Good luck
Ross MwcFan
Yup, say everything. They'll either know what would be best to concentrate on first, or they'll help you figure out what would be best to concentrate on first.
oldguy
Great! I think that is great. We should all see our medical doctor, dentist & mental health care specialist for regular check ups & not just in an emergence. As was mentioned here earlier; say everything, sit & talk. Good luck.
