Celest
Hello there! I'm Miriam, and I just joined the forum. I had a question and thought that maybe you all could help me and give some advice. So Last March (2003) I started dating a great guy from my church and we dated all summer long ...until October. We were together about 8 fun months. The problem was..I graduated in June, while he still had his senior year the coming fall. So I had to leave for BYU in late August . I thought we could work it out and have a long distance relationship, since I'd go home for visits and I'd be back in April and he would go to BYU lafter he'd graduate anyhow. Well he was super busy his senior year with racquetball, IB classes, college prep, church, everything and after the first month he called and said that he had prayed about it and even though it wasn't something he wanted, he felt it was best to break it off. He said he just couldn't handle the distance, me being far away and not being able to see him. And how I was starting new at college and him being back at home...everything. He cried a little bit too. That was understandable, but it was still hard. Anyhow, we continued our friendship alright and now I"m back home. I saw him a few times at church activities and we talked once, well...twice. Yesterday we actually hung out. It was really fun and I think I still have feelings for him. He's planning on attending BYU. Well, what I'm wondering is if you all think there's a chance we could get back together? I can't even tell if he has feelings for me still.Maybe this isn't enough information, but I thought I'd try. Thanks a lot!! ~Celest p.s. Right before I came home, he and I were talking online and he asked me if I was over him...and I said no and he said that he wasn't either...
