nobodysomebody
I'm sure this will sound stupid but I'm just going to ask for advice anyway, I'm a 16 year old guy and I have excess hair problems. Lol. It may sound funny but it's quite serious and shameful. Compared to most guys I know, I am the most hairy. It's a biological thing or something. I especially grow more hair on my legs and I am quite ashamed of it. I usually wear long trousers but it's summer time now and I'm forced to wear shorts which reveal the hideously long hairs on my legs. I'm pretty normal, not at all overweight, visit the gym every now and then. But this is one of my problems. I considered shaving/waxing but I'm against other guys doing it 'cause it shows how 'gay' they are - don't ask, personal thing. I tried to trim the hairs once with a razor shaving blade and I ended up having patches of hair missing - it was during winter though, so no one saw. The hairs are too long, black and thick. I have no idea what I'm going to do. Plus, next week, I have this waterpark meeting where I'm meeting up with a girl for a blind date and I don't want to have this... Please, if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
pocoestrella
Well because you're against shaving it entirely... lol and I know guys who are for and against this practice so you're not unusual... The only other things I would recommend is either to "lighten" the hair so it isn't as noticable... OR get electrolisis done... get into your phone book or do a net search to find a licenced professional in your area and set up a consultation to see if "selective electrolisis" can be done... This may be kind of costly though.... but it would be a permanant solution. Good Luck
moimeme
Electrolysis on legs would take a ton of money and probably years. You can get them waxed, if you insist. However, despite the prevailing trend to strip every possible hair off men, there are still women who find hair on men to be very masculine and sexy. Besides, women usually become attracted to the men they love, no matter what their state of hairiness may be. My best friend didn't like hairy men - she thought. She's now madly in love with a fellow who is very fuzzy - and she LOVES the hair.
Matilda
What's wrong with hair?
RavenBanshee
Would you consider using buzzers/clippers, like at the barber shop? A lot of people with long body hair use clippers with one of the attachments that comes with them to trim down the excess hair. Not too long and not too short. By the way, you can gt a pair at Target for about $20.
