It's been a year and I'm taking a break (long)

I need to ven as I'm at my witts end. Last year I told myself I need to make an effort to meet somene as I just turned 29. I finally manned up and got two womans numbers at my job! Being a rookie I only called one, was one date quitted and it was to late to call the other one, lesson learned. A couple of weeks after that I ran into an old crush (10 yrs) and tried to get with her. She gave me her # and seemed real excited then flaked until I clued in, 0-2. Signed up for online dating and learned it was rough, getting no dates. Found this forum via a search engine and started asking questions. A few months later an attractive woman in her early 40's gave me her #, met her for drinks. She seemed pretty busy when I asked to see her again and I told her let's just leave things the way they are. About a month later I got another number at my job and we talked until I found out she was a mormon, I respect all religions but will not date out of mine. Went online again and got one date quitted, met another one and got one date quitted, met another one and got one date quitted. Met another one and got the "lets be friends" after three dates, she tried to reconcile but I told her I was dating someone else (my current and new flake). I even gave the new flake an out buy texting her to be honest with me and she said after we exchanged a few texts that she'd like to get together again. I asked her out again and she said she's going hunting for a week and did not say she'll call me or anything when she gets back. AND anything worth hunting is not in season down here, only squirrels and some weird hog so I know she's full of ****. In one year I've been one date quitted 4 times, dropped after 3 dates twice. Even if I don't count the one that tried to get me back I'm 0-7. Having only decided not to pursue the girl who is a Mormon. So I'm taking a break for about a month or so, that includes loveshack but I probably won't be able to hold out on loveshack that long lol!
