Just started back at the gym...

My body is soo sore! But I like this soreness because it's a good hurt. It lets me know that my hard work is doing something. I cant wait for my husband to get home and give me a rub down!

Good for you! that you've started working out. You're just way out of shape. let your body rest and keep working out. The soreness should be less and less as you work out more often.

Isn't it funny how that works. When I'm sore I just go and work out some more and it seems to sooth the pain :)
