You probably are...

STOP IT, STOP IT RIGHT NOW

He/she most likely showed signs that you chose to ignore that things were over.

You most likely weren't happy in the relationship either, but because they beat you to the punch (break up) you feel like ****. GET OVER IT

4 months ago I was...a WRECK! Swore I was going to die from heartbreak. Just knew I would never love again. Cried myself to sleep every night like a big baby bitc#. Yup that was me at the tail end of a 7 year relationship that went to hell. Life SUCKED...but guess what...im still alive and stronger than ever. I put her on a pedestal that she didn't deserve and so are you...you pansy LMAO sorry, but you need to hear it.

Turn off that sad ass music, stop trying to convince them to come back, YOU WILL BE FINE! You are putting YOURSELF through hell. Go NC and don't look back. You will still think about them on a daily basis but eventually you get to the point of indifference. Chances are...they weren't as great of a person as your making yourself believe...I'm almost sure of it, but all you keep thinking about are the "good times". **** that...think about all the craps they did that pisses you off...dwell on the bad times...GET INCREDIBLE HULK ANGRY! This is the only way you will move on. Think about the bad times as much plus 1000x more than you think of the good, you'll see that, that person was an evil monkey that lived in your closet and mostly came out to knaw on your scrotum/clitoris with their canine teeth.

Try it...the angrier you get the better. In this situation anger is a lot easier to deal with than sadness...feels better. Just don't kill anyone lol.

See how that works out for you and you'll see...chances are your better off, unless the cause of the person leaving you was because you were a d1ck, cant help you there you evil person you.

PAIN IS INEVITABLE, SUFFERING IS A CHOICE

Wise words. I wish I didn't have kids with the woman...

I agree with Jstub...

But, Ron that was BRILLIANT!! It's weird, but I am happier when I'm mad at her...

Awesome post...it's true though, anger is much easier to deal with than sadness. N/C is a tool to move on and never look back!!!

I've been NC for 2 months now, since the breakup actually. I never tried to convince her to come back, I'm past the point where I would wake up completely stressed out and upset. However, I feel like I literally think about her 95% of my day! I really, really need to knock her off that pedestal she sits on in my mind. It is so hard to be mad at someone who never did anything mean to me!

Perhaps I can get mad by thinking of how she claimed to love me so much and then broke my heart? She even said she "loved me so very much" while she was breaking up with me! All I know is that I am tired of being depressed! I am tired of having her hijack my thoughts when she isn't even here! Time to get mad!!!
