When Guys Like Skinny Girls

I think guys who only like skinny, are limiting themselves....

 

Because I know guys who like skinny, but they will not knock back a stunning 130 lbs women, who is 5 '6 ( average height - tall).

After all - a hottie is a hottie!!

 

 

I turns me off when guys are into ONLY super sinny girls - and are not physically or sexually into a girl, no matter ho9w super hot they are, simply because they have a medium or large build, and therefore cannot ever look " skinny" short of anorexia.

I think it is narrow minded to pass up a 130 lbs 5 ' 5 girl like myself, who works out every day, has a killer body shape, and lookg stunning, JUST because their " size" is not " skinny" or " ethereal"

 

 

Sure, PREFERENCES are good; but, when you LIKE a person, you do not always GET a persson u have a deap connection with, who also meets ALL your physical requirements.

Instead of ONLY limiting themselves to 5 ' 5 girls under 115 lbs, why not go for a wider group of girls, because by limiting yourself to only 5% of the female population who are naturally tiny, your missing out on some GREAT characters, some truly AMAZING, remarkable women.

 

Preferences are one thing, but only going for very thin girls ( average height and 115 lbs or under), your severely LIMITING yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 There are soooooooooooooooooo many great girls out there!! Why not go for a 125 lbs women 5 ' 6 ish, who is truly amazing, and DOES loo veryt pretty?

Guys would prefer a supermodel, but it is very unlikely, so they broaden their dating pool, and fall for girls who are not as hot, but who they truly come to LOVE, and not imagine their lives without.

My ex-boyfriend was a fan of "very skinny" girls. I'm not "very skinny," so obviously he's wasn't fanatic about it. But he's watchful of a woman's weight. He was critical of me about it the whole time I was with him. And I'm even thin, so...he was a pain to be with.

 

I used to like "very skinny" (female body types) myself, but I like a little thicker in recent years.

It's like saying that someone has a huge nose or bad facial acne and is super hot...Doesn't make any sense.

However, that doesn't change the fact that they are less attractive to most men than women with a slim frame. That's just how it is and there is nothing you can do about it. A quick google search of the word "obese" , and I'm seeing "high blood pressure", "kidney failure", cancer links, type 2 diabetes.. Doesn't seem to support this theory. Someone who isn't 20% over their normal weight would be less likely to have these issues unless weak hearts run in the family or something.

 

You think that someone who has difficulty breathing when they stand up from their chair or gets winded from 5 minutes of moderate exercise is going to outlive someone healthy? C'mon, is this a joke?

 

By the way, I'm not a fan of skinny girls. I'm just not a fan of obese girls. I can respect and love people who fit into either category, as that doesn't define them, but I wouldn't be physically attracted to either if it came to me and a potential love interest.

 

She needs to have a womanly shape, preferrably not a pre-pubescent boy's physique. And when I say curves, I don't mean the curves of her rolls as many heavy women seem to think it means.

You do not need to be thin to be hot; you can be physically beautiful and be an average build. I am an average build, and when I work out heaps, I look slim at 120 - 125 lbs. Because I have a medium - large frame, and at 5 '6, I look actually SLIM, at 120 lbs... cos I have medium - large bones, huge boobs, and a bubble butt. I am curvy and thic boned, therefore 120 lbs on me looks quiet slim..

 

You do not need to be super small boned to be universally attractive - and a women with a BIG nose CAN be hot - if she has a killer body, perfect teeth, and other great attributes to compensate...

My point, is that I have an " average" frame. I am not small boned. I am not large boned, either.. But at 120 - 125 lbs, I LOOK slim; where as a women with a small frame, can be 120 lbs and not even LOOK rmotely slim, because she has small bones. Where as I have average bones, therefore look slim at a weight that a small boned women looks large with.

 

 

Does that make sense to you? Some women look universally " hot", and have a bikini model body, and have average frames - they are just slim for their frames, through working out a lot and eating right.

I am the above girl; when I work out and eat little/ but splurge in moderation, I LOOK slim and have a killer body.

You are muddying the waters by first emphasizing MEDIUM, then in the same sentence talking about large and then also saying that a hot girl does not have to be "super small boned". So which body type are we talking about exactly? Large, medium or "not super small boned"? These are three separate categories that you can't bunch together.

 

Personally, when I think of larger frames, I think of women with thick legs and thighs. To me, those are major turn offs. I like women with thin and graceful legs and average to below average thighs. As for teeth, I never understood the obsession with "prefect" teeth. As long as they are not yellow or hideously crooked, I don't pay much attention to teeth.

Sorry, my point was: small and medium builds have the advantages. That is my point, purely from an asthetic POV. The advantage of girls like me, with average builds who are curvy, is that if we try extra hard, we can have big boobs and a nice shapely butt, but still be thin; have flat stomaches, thin legs, but curvy boobs and a butt.

 

The top model guys do not all like small boned women; I find guys that like slender women, do not mind if they are 110 - 115 women with tiny frames and small boobs and butts; they like medium boned women who are 120 - 130 lbs who have huge boobs and more SHAPE and mroe CURVES on them, than a tiny 100 - 110 small boned women.

 

 

A girl who is 125 ish like me with a MEDIUM build, with huge boobs and a curvy shape, tends to attract men who like small framed girls with smaller boobs and minimal curves.

Hot is hot. Most women with tiny frames do not naturally have much in the way of curves.

Where as medium built women like me, are about 10 lbs heavier than the super sender women, and are thin but with more curves.

Yes people equate skinny with healthy a lot, because in general a slim person is going to be more healthy than a fat person. Duh? *in general*

 

In HS I was 104 lbs and 5'8. It was annoying, I was constantly being asked if I ever eat (I ate a lot, I had a crazy metabolism) and if I was anorexic I *hated* my size. I'm 20 lbs heavier now, people still call me skinny but I'm really not "skinny" (I am slim). I def was skinny though. I never had a problem attracting guys, even though on LS most guys have said in threads that they'd never date a bony girl. I was def bony!

They say it to appease the non-slim women in my opinion. Just being honest folks. And in my experience guys prefer a slim waist no matter what the girls body shape is. So a girl can be shaped like a stick, or shaped like an hour glass, but if that waist is thin, you can be sure she will have plenty of dudes talking to her.

 

I get that you're trying to point out generalities, but that doesn't detract from the fact that many of the points you're making are continually being ruled out in current studies:

Lol @ BMI. According to BMI I am overweight. Im 5'9 and 185 lbs, but Im a slim guy. 32 inch waist, no gut. BMI doesnt take certain things into account like muscle mass.

 

So yeah, that study = fail to me.

Her nose IS a bit long, but still refined and thin. You can have a "small" nose and still have a "big" nose..

 

Obviously they have to be pretty in other ways regardless of the sort of nose they have, same **** with a smaller, refined nose. I've seen noses that fit your description of perfect and they did NOTHING for the girl's overall unpleasing face. (In my highly subjective individual eyes)

 

I can argue that people are so used to having that sort of plastic surgery inducing stereotypical narrow-minded idea of ideal beauty shoved down their throats, that a perfect nose like that looks generic and boring, you've seen it a million times, and in a majority of cases it's not even the nose nature gave them. That's sort of how I feel.

 

People are never attracted to people because of one or two features.. It's ALWAYS the combination of their features. One feature is not inherently better than the other and can be used in terrible combinations.. So what's your point? It's apples and oranges.

 

Looking like your nasal bridge is missing is no better than looking like your nasal bridge covers 70% of your face. (The latter an exaggeration, the former a personal observation.)

 

You just lack overall perspective. There's nothing particularly aesthetically displeasing about her nose, if you want to be objective about it, even if it looks exotic. It's hot to me.

 

So, you have a somewhat similar nose.. You admit to having a big, unfeminine, bumpy unattractive nose? I wonder how you made up for such an obvious physical flaw.

oh, u have not struck a nerve, and it is not an odd reason that I commented on your opinion; which, by the way, I agree that all opinions are equal and welcome differing opinions from my own:)

I simply have a long face, like Denise Richards ( not too long in a bad way, an attractive oval), therefore my nose is in proportion to my face; not a cute, more upturned nose, that looks cute and petite in my profile.

My nose is thin and refined, and is not dented to the extent of it being unnattractive.

I have always disliked my nose, simple because it is the different between me being very attractive, and being just attractive.

I am very attractive, besides my nose; straight teeth, thick lips, nice shaped face, clear skin, and a curvy body with big boobs and butt. My NOSE, is the ONLY thing that prevents me from looking really good.

 

I grew up with a nose that was not small, although not large; on girls, I prefer cuter, smaller noses, therefore of course, I see comments like yours about noses, that strike a chord with me. Growing up with a similar nose to that lady ( albiet smaller, not as prominant), I have always abhored my nose.

It is pretty normaly and standard of a person to want what they don't have.

We have all heard the pop science stuff before about "big hips" and "big breasts". But I think these things are much more socialized then anything else. I think women of all shapes and sizes can be very womanly and attractive. From Paris Hilton slim builds to Jennifer Lopez. Many other cultures have different marks of beauty. So I am not a firm believer that big hips and big breasts are all about "baby making abilities". And I am just as womanly and feminine as someone who may have bigger breasts or hips.

I don't really care particularly what you think. I was just interested in the discussion. All I am saying that if a man is more attracted to me, it isn't because he is a pedo. I am not any less womanly then someone with bigger hips or breasts. Plus, there is a difference between not being attracted to my body type and telling me that you don't think I am womanly compared to others. And yeah, your friend sounds kind of like a pedo if he is checking out 12 year olds.
