Nikki Sahagin
I recently finished reading a book that said the majority of thinking is negative and as such, being positive for most of us takes a real conscious effort. Some people are naturally more positive. I think these people are more in tune with their inner child and they react to life from a place of curiosity, joy and hardiness that tends to get ground out of us in adulthood. For others, positivity is a facade but unless the person is really annoying, I admire these people for at least trying! After all, if we all have to work towards being positive, you have to fake it to make it at first.

Nikki Sahagin
Sad and bad things happen to everyone. It's how quickly you can honestly bounce back that will define how your life will unfold. Yes, but sometimes we recover quietly inside whilst having to keep it together on the outside. Not everyone is comfortable sharing that with others. It might be a weakness, but I don't probe people if they are comfortable trying to deal with things this way.
johan
I think positive people like that should be made to cry.
whichwayisup
Those 'happy go lucky' life is great people, who wake up with a huge smile on their face, always laughing and carefree? Some of it is a put on. It's one thing to wake up happy with a smile on your face, it's another to always be like that. Fakish. (fakesh? New word!!) I have a friend who has endured so much in his life, very painful, many losses, and he's worked very hard to be where he is today. Never in my life have I met such a positive person. One has to wonder why since the guy has suffered so much. People gravitate towards him, he has such energy and strength. Most of all? He's genuine and kind hearted, always has a slight smile on his face. We tell him all the time how blessed we are to have him in our lives. Two people who are 'happy' but in two different ways.
