They don't let a man pay on dates "I can pay for myself" among other things. These are the extremes of course, and not all feminists are like that. HOWEVER, these women are ruining men. Chivalry is dying because of this. The worst, most extreme example of feminism that you can think of is women paying for themselves on dates? Are you serious?? It sounds like you dislike feminism for purely selfish reasons. Waaaah....no more free lunch me Damn feminists! There are many perfectly valid reasons for hating the dark, evil, soul-sucking ideology known as feminism. Inadvertently easing the strain on a single man's wallet is not one of them. You just sound like you want all the benefits of feminism, with all the perks of being a traditional woman. If you go out on a date with a guy you end up writing off (which I'm sure you do often), you ought to pay for half the meal. A woman who has described herself as an "alpha woman" has no right to chivalry. No woman deserves chivalry any more. If you want traditional masculine behavior, act like a traditionally feminine lady. I'm not going to kiss the hand of a ball busting femi-dyke in a business suit, and personally speaking, I'm not going to hold the door for them either. People like you, OP, make this world ugly and have turned gender roles upside down, you've got some nerve for complaining about some slight downsides. SLIGHT downside? How can you have a warm fuzzy home full of joy and love if both parents are working and none of them have time to properly care for the house and cook them a warm meal? These days you can't have that because men refuse to be the bread winners and have a housewife. You see? You complain that I expect too much, when you would expect equally from a woman in return for paying for her. Women these days want men to pay without returning the favor, THATS why chivalry has died. In one of my relationships I had a man pay for absolutely everything. He had an old school mentality. I would cook for him, do his laundry and clean his place when I had time. He couldn't do it because he was too busy working so he could pay for me. Therefore I did what he didn't have time for. Equal exchange. Women these days don't agree with that. Those women can pay for themselves, and many are happy too. But that's why there are no more gentlemen. You don't need to be a gentleman to get a woman anymore. All these "super independent women" make it seem like men are useless garbage. No wonder so many men and women are unhappy. There is no such thing as "being a man" anymore. Everyone is "equal". And 5 children by the same woman? I think that's completely unrelated. Men back then would sleep around and cheat too, get other wives pregnant. The only difference is people wouldn't divorce because of it.
