quietGuy13
The other day i had to do some unloading. and I'm stupid so i could not tink of any other way but to just climb up to the back of truck by first putting one foot up, and putting all my weight and pushing up. That's the usual way normal strong guys do it. But i've had weak knees since long ago. But i couldn't think of any other way to climb(yeah i'm stpuid) so anyways, After i fiinished that job, i have pain in/near my patella especially when I bring my knee down and straighten it after lifting my leg with the knee bent. the pain doesn't happen when i bend the knee. only when i bring it down and straighten it. And also if i walk normal pace or fast. Is this something to do with the patela and patellar tendon?
