This recent break up hit me particularly hard. I was left with unanswered questions and false hope. there are mornings wher I wont think about him but by midafternoon he will slowly trickle into my mind. I dont want him to control my life . I've been hitting the gym hard trying to ge bavk in shape after a 10 lb weight gain. I've been preoccupying myself with work and getting myself ready to go back to school next year. having him hurt me gave me a push yet I don't know whether this sudden motivation is me being vindictive or whether I'm truly doing it for myself and improving myself for the better.

That's great that you are keeping yourself busy in a productive way, well done you, and i'm sure you'll soon start reaping the benefits and the hurt will subside:)
