kaylan
Gymnasts often use weight to enhance their workouts and are not a burly as they look on TV: "Gymnasts have amazing upper bodies. While they certainly have great muscular development, their size isn't quite as big in-person at it seems on television. The vast majority of male gymnasts weigh less than 150 lbs. Their leanness, which primarily is the result of their 30-plus hours of training per week, makes the muscle size they do have appear even larger. However, if you see them out and about in a T-shirt they will look "small" " - Gina Paulhus Wrong. tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_forum/null/all_muscle_no_iron read this in full. Its a good interview. Also google the calisthenic kingz. They show you just how much muscle body weight exercises can put on.

Leigh 87
I am a personal trainer, and u do not need to join a gym to look great. The gym has a higher varity, which makes it easier to change things up; for men, it is slightly easier to get a specific look, as there are achine weights that target every muscle group, as well as cables and every free weight u can think of. However, at home, guys and girls can be a thin version of their body types, and also have that " tone". That poster was correct; the reason we have to go to gyms, is because that is what is optimal and ideal for humans; something we did daily back int he day, but thanks to office jobs, we NEED to make time to do what is actually natural to us. 123321
I don't have an ideal physical type per se, but I do have preferences for attributes. I like a slim waist with hips and shoulders noticeably wider than the waist, pretty face, and I prefer most non-blondes, except, oddly, those really striking natural platinum blondes. I dislike excessive body fat in the wrong places, and most tattoos.
somedude81
Not as much as I should. I try to work out at least 3 times a week but it's certainly not enough. And I go through phases where I don't work out at all due to other factors in life. I realize fully that it's my fault and I don't make excuses for myself. In any case, having a 6 pack is not a goal for me and thankfully I'm blessed with an hourglass figure that knows where to store fat for the most part lol 3 times a week is perfectly reasonable. And I think it's great that you don't have a 6 pack as I think they look horrible on women. Though one thing I do believe, is that any woman wants a fit man, should be willing to put in as much time into the gym and eating well as he does. And of course that goes both ways. I don't believe in having an out of shape man and a fit woman.
123321
Wrong. What does any of that have to do with the fact that in real life top performing gymnasts are tiny and use weights to train?
Disenchantedly Yours
DY she cant comabt your points with an actual rebuttal so shes dismissing you by claiming "you always talk about porn". What she fails to realize is that child porn ties into festishizing of children or women who appear to be children. So your points were very on topic DY. Thanks Kaylan! I don't believe in having an out of shape man and a fit woman. Well, I need to go more to be in a good shape specially if I want to be able to eat delicious food without feeling guilty and I'm aware of it. One reason I like fit guys is that they inspire me to work on myself more instead of feeding me chocolate and making me bigger. And as far as every woman having to do the exact amount of work...well, I dunno how true that is. If I do as much work as some of these fit guys do, I will certainly lose my 32DDDs to A cups or something. I'm sure some guys wouldn't like that.

motive2002
If we're being completely superficial then I would say Scarlett Johansson. Blond. Green eyes. Full lips. Sexy voice. Nice rack. Dunno what she smells like though... For some reason my olfactory plays a huge part in someone's attractiveness. Go figure.
FitChick
You like Schofield I had no clue who he was, just spotted him when I posted the Chelsea Charms article. I googled him and he is only 5'9" (I'm 5'8") and his nose is too small. He would be ideal if he were at least 5'10" and had David Mitchell's nose.
123321
And isn't a lot of popular anime depicting girls that look like they are 12 with big giant boobs? How is that any more healthy? Maybe they are depicting women with huge boobs in a way that makes them look younger.

ascendotum
Here's my ideal physique., her bust size is not a big deal for me, more the toned & slender frame. I could have easily used a pic of Jillian Michaels as well. These days a woman's body is going to win me over more than her face, and I could upload a 100 different pics of women of various nationalities when it comes to facial characteristics, that would all be beautiful to me. My first ever bf was a bodybuilder and I lost my virginity to him. I can be attracted to average bodied guys but it always slightly bothered me that my ex felt "too soft". Yeah, they are obsessive about foods. I actually like dating guys that are into fitness/healthy eating as it pushes me to shape up as well.
Leigh 87
Do guys who prefer small breasts, for instance, still find larger ample bosom attractive? I wonder if people are often attracted to different body types to the usual. My boyfriend loves my curvy body and DD breasts, which look big for my slender looking frame; yet he still gets really turned on by small, petite girls with small and perky breasts, like kaylan said he likes. And My b/f really LOVES my curves; he just says that thin, petite girls with minimal curves can also be hot to him. I have large breasts and a very curvy body type, that is still slender and toned - and a guy became obsessed with me on this website, and he norally loves skinny girls.. which I am not.
