Dionna
"Our personalities and tempers do not match.. and we had too much problems between us. The feeling had faded.... " This is coming from him after being with him for 10 years and roughing it out with him through the hard times and after cheating on me with a scheming slut who's younger than him by 11 years old and he's telling me he feels that they are more compatible together than with me after 10 long years with him! I can't believe it took 10 years to finally realize that we do not match. And now he's saying that I had just been tolerating him when I accepted him for who he is... Men and their excuses when they just want you out of their lives.

KansasChica
"You chose your doctor's appointment over me. Which shows you never put me first." He said this to me 5 days after he broke up with me, then changed his mind and begged me back. I told him I would come over to talk about things the next morning after my doctor's appointment. writergal
"Things moved too fast for me." "The timing isn't right." "I am attracted to you, but I just started dating someone else, and I don't want to lead you on." "You can find a better guy out there than me." "It's not you, it's me." "It's not me, it's you." "I don't like the term boyfriend. Can't we just be friends with benefits?" "I love you, but I'm not in love with you anymore." "I know I said I loved you, but I was confused when I said it." "I'm not ready to be in a relationship right now." A guy said the following to me after we met for the first time in person, after chatting on the phone for two weeks (we met through an OLD website): He blatantly scanned me from head to toe, then looked at me and said, "No. Sorry. It's just not there for me. You're not my type at all." And then he offered me a ride back to my apartment from the coffee shop where we met. I just looked at him with a raised eyebrow and responded, "No thanks. I can walk." Edited July 13, 2012 by writergal
