whichwayisup
Just wondering (women obviously) what your symptoms are during ovulation? How many of you get low grade fevers?
cerridwen
I feel very tender and bloated above my pubic bone. I get crazy horny and my nips get sensitive to the point it's uncomfortable to wear a bra. Never had a fever, WWIU. Have you checked with your gyno? I'm a bit concerned. Author whichwayisup
Low grade fevers are normal for me during that time..Always had that. Just wondering who else does. I mean low grade like 99. It's weird that tiny bit past 98.7 makes me feel yucky!
writergal
WWIUP I have the same symptoms like you do; low grade fever, nausea, really bad heartburn and diarrhea (yeah, I went there didn't I, sorry) which I've been told by my OBGYN is completely normal. Ovulation symptoms are different for everyone. It's all relative to how your body responds to the hormonal changes during ovulation. Weird but I don't get "randy" until after my ovulation ends because of when my progesteron levels peak in my cycle. MY OBGYN gave me an ovulation predictor kit. It really helped me track my symptoms as my hormonal levels changed so I stopped freaking out. I think our ovulation cycles change as we age as I used to get really "randy" a week before my cycle started and had no PMS symptoms. Now I have terrible PMS symptoms a week before. Get an ovulation predictor kit WWIU. I think it may help you.
january2011
I feel hot* and I want sex. *Not sure if it's a low-grade fever but I do feel warmer than usual.

writergal
Well.. My wife got pregnant Here is my man observation from afar... My wife nests the days of her ovulation... that's all I got... When she is doing the nesting.. I run... Congratulations on your wife's pregnancy. When is she due? Hahaha! My sister was a total nester during her 3 pregnancies. Since I'm already anal and like to clean all the time, I probably wouldn't notice if I was nesting. lol. And you're wise to ride, ride like the wind to be free again, when your wife PMS's. Don't most men run away when we women PMS? P= please M = make it S = stop is my acronym for PMS.

Author whichwayisup
Was fine all day and evening too, went out with some friends and got home around midnight. Sat on the porch with my hub for about half an hour then I started feeling really yucky..Ovulation time! Now I have a headache, slightly upset stomach and a pain in one of my ovaries..And to top it off, some anxiety is hitting me (though I'm thinking the anxiety also coffee related, caffeine induced anxiety really sucks! Anyway dummy me decided to have a cup of coffee past 10pm) and I feel like crap. Hoping that being on LS will help distract me enough until I get tired to try and sleep. Unlike my snoring H here beside me..
