Don't listen to my own music...whatever is playing on the gym speakers.

Whatever plays at the gym. In my boxing gym that usually means hip hop/rap/jungle in the mainstream gym it tends to be dance or - bizarrely - sugary pop.

Have to say house music does nothing when it comes to motivation compared to nwa, public enemy or eminem

Dubstep, some EDM (EDM is always a mixed bag). Some metal is good.

The absolute worst: folk music, most classic rock, and teeny-bopper pop.

Dubstep might be a good call, it's so bad I'd be in a rage and probably do better.

I had a guy ask me what is some good techno to work out to.

I told him to put down the weights and get his money back on his membership.

Miley's Party in the USA is my personal gym anthem. You should see the weight I can throw up when that sh*t's playin'...

I change it up all the time. The past few times it has been oldies and 80's (Yes there is a difference between the two :p )

80's music is surprisingly good motivation music.

Oh, so you don't want to use my new, exercise to Justin Bieber cd?

Folk music, can you imagine?! :p

My favorite lately is my Linkin Park cd, the one with In the End on it.

I despise the crap on the PA at my club. So I have most of my music collection on my MP3 player. I play it on shuffle it faithfully serves me up stuff I love. When I back back in NY my Bally club played hard ass hip hop. Now here at the local Bally they play a lot of the kind of Nickelback bloated self-pity formulaic crap that I just don't get why there is even a market for.

No sarcasm needed. I thump that sh*t when I'm rollin' downtown. ;)

It's so weird at my gym. Sometimes they have a nice song going then the next song they play is some nickelback song. I like nickelback, just not when I'm working out. Lols.

Currently listening to One Direction - What makes you beautiful on reply for my gym lifts. Gets me pumped up
