In September I had sent her some money to cover for school expenses (she is a teacher). I received a curt thank you note after 15 days with an indirect plea for more money. I did not respond. My 60th birthday came and went. No wishes. Not even the fact that I lived in hurricane Sandy country made her stop to ask about my welfare. Last week I got an email (the first in 8 months) asking me for my new address so she could mail me the receipt. I sent her my address. Yesterday I got a thank you card along with the receipt. And a one liner wishing me a merry Christmas. Those who want to beat me again with a stick, feel free to do so. But all I am asking for is some advice on how to conduct myself. Her birthday is on the 20th. Do I wish her? If so, what medium of communication. Ditto for Christmas and New Year Link to post Share on other sites
