A) Own woman was not having orgasms B) Sex life with partner wasn't that pleasurable to you (anymore) C) Sex life wasn't as adventurous as you hoped D) Woman lost interest in sex with you E) It was a fantasy of yours to have an affair/cheat Or anything else? I'm just curious because I have this idea in my head that if a man feels his woman isn't enjoying the sex with him (and barely has any orgasms with him, she would rather masturbate) than the man will probably cheat on her whereas if the woman absolutely loves the sex with him and is enjoying herself all the time (including having orgasms) than the man feels good about himself and is less likely to cheat and stray from the relationship. My ex-husband cheated because he had a big ego and enjoyed the attention of other women. I had orgasms with him every day - loud ones! - and we had a very good adventurous sex life. Cheaters cheat for many reasons. And women have limited control over orgasms. Some women have a hard time getting there, and if a guy has such low self-esteem that he will go cheat if his gf is one of those women, he isn't ready for a serious relationship. 1 Link to post Share on other sites

From your question it seems like you need a little education. First, the majority of women cannot orgasm from intercourse. No guy should feel guilty if she doesn't come from straight-up screwing. He should just dive in and lick her to orgasm or use one of her toys on her. Second, both men and women are sexually attracted to other people all the time. Why some of them act on these attractions probably has more to do with their own need to be desired or the thrill of conquest then anything else. The cheater has to be so needy they are willing to risk their committed relationship in order to fill this need. For most women, it's all about being desired. For most men, it's all about the sex. Sure, a good sex life is important to a good marriage....at the same time, someone who bases a marriage on sex will probably want it elsewhere at some point. You don't have it figured out.
