Now, I don't think I eat bad, and I do go walking and go to the gym every once in awhile, but I am wondering how can I keep the pounds off for good? Link to post Share on other sites

All they hype about low carb is you need to burn the carb calories that you eat, otherwise carb will turn into fat. If you want to loose weight, eat less calories then you burn....or burn more calories then you eat.......bottom line. Link to post Share on other sites
