HHC
You cannot remove spot fat. You remove fat in general and however your body works it will remove the fat in it's order of preference. I would suggest lifting weights which will build your muscles. More muscles means more fat burning

More muscles means more fat burning Wouldn't that just make the arms bigger if you can't spot reduce? Fat layered on top of muscle, especially if most of your fat goes to the arms? FitChick
Lose weight and wear a padded bra. Otherwise just wear long sleeves. There is surgery where they remove the fat, slice off the loose skin and sew your upper arm back up but you are left with long scars. Sounds worse to me.

Sounds worse to me. Brachioplasty. But that's only if you have loose skin hanging, or "bat wings". Otherwise arm liposuction can get rid of the fat. But that's always risky.
