I work retail, I'm on my feet all day on concrete floors.

Do you guys know of any good affordable brand of shoes I could wear? Also, I have plantar fasciitis, of course it does not help my problem at all.

All the good shoes are 300 bucks.. (I am in the US).. a bit much for my budget.

Tonight my feet are killing me ugh..... :lmao:

Pretty vague description of what you want.

Are you female? Do you want business casual? Sporty?

I'd recommend a "barefoot" inspired shoe as our feet evolved quite well on their own to support us all day on hard / rough surfaces. The last thing they need is extra support or cushioning, this is harmful.

You could try this brand, they have some casual shoes you might like: VIVOBAREFOOT

Good insoles help for a much lower price than good shoes. Also, in a pinch, mid-range sneakers with good arch support and soles are decent for <$100, I can walk around all day in them. Still, nothing beats good shoes in the end, so if you feel it's a worthwhile long-term investment then you should get some. To get your money's worth, get an orthopaedic's or podiatrist's advice on what brands/types to buy for your individual problems. Expect to spend upwards of $300 for that.

My coworker told me about those inserts, I should give it a go. Concrete floors are a killer for the feet.

I can't wear soft sole shoes because of the plantar fasciitis, it's a pain, I have to go see my doctor again. Can't wear flat shoes either :( I will give it a try when it's healed again.

I think I'll just put more money, I'm just worried about spending that much and not feeling a big difference. It's not that I wear cheap shoes, I stay out of the walmart type of stores, I just never have experience the top of the line.
