I feel like failure in life, i hide behind a bubbly happy personality. But in reality i could not be more insecure and unsure of myself. All these feeling have been doubled since my boyfriend left me. I feel like he has seen the real me and didn't like it. I'm going to therapy, one a month. It cost's alot. I just want to ask. I want to get better, i want to feel better about myself. How, do i do this? I feel like it's just who i am. I know change is possible. Does anyone have stories of change, and hope? If you haven't had a phone session you might find it a bit confusing, so I'd suggest repeating the process once a day or even immedately after until you "get it."
