Exit Posted July 16, 2012 Share Posted July 16, 2012 Ideally use as little as possible, if you absolutely want to put something extra on your hands then see how far you can get with simple things like chalk or wrapping with tape. If you start relying on gloves too much it kinda becomes a crutch. You want your grip to get stronger naturally. Start doing grip strength exercises rather than looking to bandaid over the problem by purchasing gloves. If you're dead set on purchasing something then go ahead but don't get sucked into the marketing gimmick of a $30 dollar pair of gloves, you could probably get something at the dollar store.
