without Posted July 24, 2012 Share Posted July 24, 2012 Remeber I posted awhile ago about losing weight and ideal weight? i'm 134 pounds noww.. yayyy... I did what you guys told me, esp squats.I'm doing actually. I'm not sure how my butt looks like but it sure helped me lose these last pounds. I'm 5.3 btw. :X I made a mistake last time. When I reached my ideal weight how can I keep it and not lose more weight? I'm thinking 4 or 6 more pounds and I'll be satisfied with how much I weigh. Link to post Share on other sites
