amzgmanda
I have been really stressed out lately. I have had my inlaws stay wth us twice now and found out tht they are not fun to live with. To top it off i have a two year old tht shares my personality and likes to push my buttons. My husband, Whom I adore, tends to be passive agressive and lets things bouce off of him and on to me. I know tht life is full of these moments but I can't seem to shake this overwhelming feeling like I am going to blow my top. I am looking for a way to relieve the stress and feel normal again without the use of MEDS or going to the doctors. I do not fear them. I just feel there must be another way. Mr Spock
Have you communicated any of this to anybody? Your husband? Taking care of kid(s) is a lot of work, and everyone deserves some "personal time" to themselves... You really should talk to your spouse. Even if you have to hire a babysitter for an afternoon so you can get away for some me time.
CurlyIam
Tell your hubby that inlaw are off limits right now, with the baby and all. You have your own lives to take care of and that's a handfull for every woman that has a toddler. Than take it from there. Have a babysitter for 2 hours each day and use the time for yourself. Sleep, read, swimm, do your hair, etc. Just learn to take it one at the time.
