AlexDP
I should be moving closer to a park again and will have access to track rather than the treadmill or running on concrete. I do generally over think things, lol. I find the FiveFingers pretty interesting. If you want to lose fat fast, you could always do 50 yard sprints. They're less stressful on your joints than distance running, they're over fast and they're more fun. They can be hard on your CNS though, so make sure you don't overtrain.
sweetkiwi
chair dips seriously help with your triceps. Sturdy chair. Suck stomach in but breathe. Straight line from the top of your head to the end of your spine. Inhale while going up, exhale while in dip.

AlexDP
What do you mean by CNS? Central nervous system. It's a bit of a debated topic, but I'm a believer. It stems from the central governor theory and basically means that fatigue can also be general, rather than local. High intensity exercises such as sprinting or deadlifting bring on a general feeling of fatigue or even sickness.
Emilia
Central nervous system. It's a bit of a debated topic, but I'm a believer. It stems from the central governor theory and basically means that fatigue can also be general, rather than local. High intensity exercises such as sprinting or deadlifting bring on a general feeling of fatigue or even sickness. I thought that might be. I found that with boxing. When I first increased it to train 3 times a week (with other exercise on the side), I started crying when I left the office making my way to the gym. Only very briefly but it was the combination of intensity and adrenaline I think. Didn't experience it with anything else - though occasionally would feel fatigue on days off. Sort of expected really when you train properly 4-5 days a week.

Author SmileFace
Weight 11/10/12 183 Since I skipped yesterday's workout I will do it today. Feeling down from TOM but only once a month I guess. I find some vitaccino in my mom's cupboard which is prepacket coffee with Hunger-Oblivion Grass, Griffonia Simplicifolia natrual plants extracts. See I will see if that helps somewhat. Will update later after workout and with my macros.
