beamer Posted July 13, 2004 Share Posted July 13, 2004 ok. here is the situation. im going through a divorce. which is fine things just did not work out. but my problem is there is this guy that i have had my eye on for awhile even while i was still with my H .. well now that i am not with my husband i have my chance. Well the other nite i went home with him and one thing lead to another and we ended up sleeping together. and i did not regret it. well we have seen each other a coulpe of times since but nothing has happen i have told him that i want nothing more that someone just to have a good time with and thats it . i have talked to his friends about this and told them thats all i wanted from him and they all said he would be cool with it. well know he is telling everyone that he respects me to much. i just really confused i have never had a guy turn down sex before. could it be that the sex was that bad or what? could somebody give me some input on this one sometimes these guys are so confusing. i am glad that he does respect me but im just looking for a good time Link to post Share on other sites

You aren't even divorced yet and you are out there looking for another man. Indeed, you were scoping out other men when you were still with your husband. His "I respect you too much" is just his way of nicely saying "I'm not interested." He obviously doesn't want to be your boy toy. Men turn down sex all the time.
