Has anyone ever had a spirit guide/guardian come in their dreams?

I had a dream a while ago where I was followed by a black jaguar. I still don't know what it means yet, but I have researched the meaning of seeing one...

I'm not sure I'm looking for biblical quotes... but I've been going through some emotions after my ex broke up with me. I had actually hoped we'd get back together and then realized it just would never happen again. I still kind of felt sad about it and wondered what i'd do if my ex came to me looking to reconcile. Anyway, after I had a consult with my psychic reader, I went to bed, and had a "dream" unlike any other dream I had ever had in my life. I'm a very vivid dreamer, I dream in color. I see specific faces, places, situations. In this case, I woke up and the memory of what happened lasted about the snap of a finger, and then it was gone. But I recall someone/something... there was no face. It was a smoky figure... like a gray fog, and there was a voice speaking to me, and all I was able to grasp before I woke up was, ".... but you're doing so well. Look at how much you've moved on. People look up to you because of that..." and then I woke up. It was as if there was some conversation going on prior to that, which had been wiped from memory just as I woke up. But I caught the tail end. There was no face. No colors. It was black and white, and a fog apparition speaking to me.

I didn't feel anything. I just woke up and felt as if a conversation had been taking place. A rather serious one... I caught the tail end of it and woke up like... in shock, really thinking it had been a guide to point something out to me.

I have had this happen to me before (recently in fact) and I need to be shown something that was holding me back. Something that I had not acknowledged or dealt with.

 

That's what I kind of feel like it was. Someone telling me... you don't NEED him back look at how well you're doing... why are you dwelling?

 

And since that dream my emotions and state of mind has changed tremendously.

I believe there is a lot to be learned from our dreams.

 

Some can be life changing.
