What does it mean?

I am new to this forum(just join 10mins ago) and don't know where to post this "type" of thread so mind my noob-ness haha

 

So I have a crush on a girl,sitting beside me,from my maths class(1 period a week) and she knows about it but we're still just friends after 6 months of knowing each other and she knew about it when we were texting on our 2nd month knowing each other.

 

We contact each other mostly through text or Tweeting each other via Twitter(duh) but lately,she texted my friend and he told me that she texted him that I was being such an annoying guy to her and she would move her seat away from me if she could,which made me sad.

 

So in class,i would talk to her now and then but I talk to her more online.The first time I asked her out(she didn't know about my feelings then),she said yes but in the end,I told her that the plans were cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and she went rage bitching then,even calling me an a-hole but she cooled down after a week and started back contacting me again.So our normal life continues until I told her I have a crush on her and she said she just wants to be friends and I was ok with it,since it would be unfair for a girl to be "forced" into a relationship.

 

Life was abit weird after that day and after a month,we kinda fought the 2nd time,due to miscommunication(she thought I wasn't studying while I was using the laptop,which I did both).Everytime I ask her out,7 times to be precise,she always tend to give "excuses",which I know are lies,but she always have time to go out with other guys or her bffs even studying together she doesn't want to.

 

Everytime when I know she is around me in school,I will always act like I am busy and tend to look at her with the corner of my eye and without fail,every single time she would take a glance at me and giggle all the way she disappear.Every now and then we would contact via text/tweet daily but lately,there is a guy which "cockblocks"(a guy that intervenes between me and her)me and she starts paying attention to the guy and even going to the extend of asking him out

 

Everytime I compliment her,she take it as a joke and says she's insecure but when other guys including the "cockblocker" compliments her,she accepts it which makes me wonder..is she playing hard to get or just not interested?
