Peanut9330 Posted August 16, 2012 Posted August 16, 2012 Where I work I have a lot of contact with people on a day to day basis. Many people (mostly women) whom I speak to always end up talking about the maturity level of men. I always hear the same thing over and over and frankly I’m tired of it. I feel there are too many stereotypes associated around men and they're level of maturity. I come across many young men who are well of and mature and I also come across guys in the mid 30's to early 40's who are incredibly immature and vice versa... Any thoughts??
USMCHokie Posted August 17, 2012 Posted August 17, 2012 I find that the Dunning-Kruger Effect strongly applies to maturity as well as competency...
