It is hard to say which method of "flirting" girls prefer, because each girl is different. I suggest trying a little bit of them all, and if that fails, try flattering... Who in their right mind would want to be with a guy who is like that? Sadly, I know a really good looking guy who is so self absorbed and so arrogant that he messed up any chance he had with a great girl (not me ). Sad day... Confidence is the key! If you're completely self confident, girls will flock to you. Plus, when you have confidence, flirting will come more naturally as well. Every girl is different, and every girl appriciates a different style of flirting. Just be yourself around them and you'll be able to pick up on what they like and what they don't. dorkunderfire Posted July 29, 2004 Share Posted July 29, 2004 well i'm quite the womanizer, and all you gots to know is the bitches and the hos love the playas and the low's... and i......i'm sorry i blacked out there for a second. for those of you keeping track, that was a double pun right there. the best advice i can give, is go way outside your comfort zone sometimes. it doesn't have to be all the time, just every so often, and after a while you gain a lot of confidence. missing your moment, wimping out, and then sitting at home staring at the ceiling for an hour thinking "woulda shoulda coulda" will get you nowhere. one time not too long ago i randomly went up to a girl doing work experience at my local music store, and though i normally wait for isolation to talk to girls due to my comfort level, much less initiate random conversation...but i got in there, threw some weird line out like "mind if i bother you for a sec?" in front of a bunch of customers and 3 employees, and then asked her about her taste in music, and if she wanted a copy of my band's demo once we're out of the studio. this got me a concrete reason to talk to her again and a way to get in touch again easily...go e-mail. i had some other experience like this too...and after a while you get used to it. from experience i know how much you're wanting and waiting for the girl to make the first move, say the first words, etc etc...so go out on a limb for her. if you're scared of rejection then you'll get nowhere...**** happens, you cant win 'em all...take it with a grain of salt and move on. that means dont beat yourself up over a few giggles with her friends if you do something embarrassing. it'll be a great story later.
