What Would You Do Here ?

This may not be place for this post but since it involves so called "family" am writing it here.

My mom although she does not deserves the tittle has put me in ugly situation after I discovered her for who she and telling her am not going to be her "toy" anymore turned out to be liar controller manipulator BP but closer to sociopath living with her has became hell.

 

Am a student she helped pay for school and collected written of tax credit for it I have no financial aid or income : ((( not that I don't almost daily beat on doors looking for work but nothing has come up so far not even call backs and few that did are to far away .

 

Just when our lease was up she "forged" my signature on new one and I discovered that by pure chance raised hell with her and landlord and forced landlord to write new lease I have hidden copies of old lease for protection.

 

Now I have to put myself on new lease or not be able to live there landlord cares nothing about what she has done cause she "pays" rent yeah real nice of him what a doll right ?

 

 

So she tried to "offer me money" to leave then tried to get me to go to the office with her and break a lease I said NO go yourself I will go for myself then

After insults and threats claimed that she is not breaking a lease and that she had signed it actually but since am not on lease anymore it will be poor me from now on since I have no lease to protect me.

 

 

What if any rights do I have here ?

 

 

ps: I called shelter few weeks back and they had no space no family or friends is around either am slowly loosing my mind here

I think you didn't think things through on the lease thing, but what's done is done.

I'm pretty sure that what she did constitutes identity fraud, but i'm not sure it will be taken seriously because it's a family dispute and all that.

 

How close is your family that you are on good terms with ?

See if you can do college long distance, ask.

Keep trying to get a part time job at least.

If I put myself on a lease without income she leaves am s... and will get evicted and 7 years of bad credit without

lease even I know am not exactly protected or hardly at all but she has to order landlord to serve me notice out first 30 days at least.

 

I have written few brief e mail messages to lawyer or two just to get their opinions on this and I did not sign a new lease cause landlord is scum as well

"he tried" to use old lease and erase her writing of my name using white out that liquid white one used to correct mistakes on documents can you believe that ?
