danny8630 Posted July 21, 2004 Share Posted July 21, 2004 Hey everyone... My ex's b-day is Aug 18; we broke up around June 10th. One of my questions is basically what do i do? Here is my plan originally...Firstly, i would do the N/C thing till then...When we were in our prime with our relationship, MTV would advertise a CD called "Tha Down Low". At the time, my ex and i both considered it like "our CD" because it always made us go back in time..to when we were kids lol. but neither of us bought it... It is a CD with older slow songs that used to be hot. Anyway. I was going to buy it for her maybe also a card, wrap it, tell her happy birthday and leave before she opened it. I guess i want it like a movie scene lol. I dont know what it will do. Thats my plan. The CD is only like $12 so it's not like im spending a fortune on her. I dont know what to do. Some say just call and say happy birthday and thats it. I've never done something like this before. Lets here some advice !! Link to post Share on other sites

If you expect to get her the cd for her to hear all the songs and start reminiscing and call you back saying lets get back together... Then you should not do it. Whatever happens will happen and If she just laughs and goes inside, whatever. A lot of things will happen between now and then.
