Anela
Crap diet or not, if you're eating more than your body can burn by the end of the day, you will gain weight period. Brb Ben and Jerry's every night. If you want semi-instant, short-term results, reduce carbs (including sugar, excluding fibrous veggies) and you'll hold less water. Viola, temporary relief for that upcoming wedding I'm throwing up on a regular basis (not deliberately), and look the heaviest I've ever looked. When I was younger, I could cut out things like cheese for a few weeks, keep the milk and sugar in my tea, and drop weight quickly. now I can't keep veggie juice or water down, so the "fix" for me, isn't that simple. eleanorhurting
Though tell me this. How rare are women who are shorter than 5'6 and under 160 lbs. 5%? 10 %? I'm 5'5 122 pounds My sister is 5'5 and 135 pounds my other sister is 5'3 and 100 pounds my friends from school: 4'11 and 95 pounds ish 5'5 and 150 5'5 and 155 my friends not from school: 5'6 and 110ish 5'3 and 110ish 5'2 and 135ish my mom (not that I would want you to hit on my mom!) is 5'6 and 140 pounds Maybe its genetics (I think hispanic women tend to be shorter) but to me everyone around me meets your standards for weight and height! I doubt it is 5 or 10%.
xxoo
Though tell me this. How rare are women who are shorter than 5'6 and under 160 lbs. 5%? 10 %? I'm sure it is closer to 50-75%. But you aren't having any luck with those women, and haven't for years. Those women tend to have plenty of success attracting men (although not all the men may be winners....). In your current position, you would likely have a much easier time approaching a woman who has had less attention from men. And in your current position, it is shocking to me that you have no sexual interest in a woman outside your stated standards. Hence, you just aren't hungry enough. Other guys are hungrier, and therefore get more experience earlier.
mario_C
It's easier for some people to lose body fat than others. Simple enough? And we don't help people with any useful information in this culture. It's easier to clog bookstores and DVD stores with fad diets and silly workouts that don't effectively burn calories than to train young adults to properly measure their nutrients and do healthy activities. Can't have that! That would fudge the current system up. /rant
Titanwolf
I'm throwing up on a regular basis (not deliberately), and look the heaviest I've ever looked. It appears you have some kind of intolerance, if you're eating something that makes you throw up. An intolerance can impair thyroid function (depending) and cause one to hold onto weight. It can also cause inflammation of the stomach (aka bloating). Cheese and milk are different (forgot why though) and perhaps the higher concentration of whatever it is that's in there (Perhaps it's the Casein?) that isn't agreeing with you. Emilia
I suffer greatly from IBS like symptoms. You need to get food allergy tests done
Emilia
The only thing I suffer from is constipation and unpleasant (and at times, EXTREMELY painful) bowel movements. Besides, I just lost my medical benefits with the company I work for. To go to a doctor to find out what's wrong with me is going to cost an arm and a leg. what you are describing is IBS (or extremely good likeness to it) and I used to get that before I realised that I'm lactose intolerant. I worked it out very quickly by myself since I've cut out dairy my IBS has almost disappeared, only get these symptomps when I have something with lactose in it but not this severly Personally to me it would be worth the arm and leg not to suffer like that but that's just me
