Can you make some friends at work or school? Just work on one friend at a time until you've got them! Try to do something that you are interested in and you'll surely find someone you can talk to. Just start slow and ask them if they want to come over and play video games or have drinks with you and your girl. I know, it's hard as I am really shy myself. but Good luck.
