You spend every weekend with him, but during the week you usually talk once on the phone at night with the occasional email exchanges during the day. Your bf calls during your usual time of talking and gets your voicemail and proceeds to leave a message. For whatever reason you don't (can't) call him back that night. Did he say something like "hey, sorry I missed you--call me when you can, or else I'll wait and talk with you during our regular time tomorrow" I call when I have an opportunity---probably the next night at the regular time. We've been seeing each other since February and (surprisingly) have managed to spen every weekend together since then. It would be nice to see her more, but it doesn't really bother me right now to only see her on the weekends. It gives me some time to myself and lets me focus on work during the week. We have, however, already lightly touched on the topic of her moving down where I am once she finishes up her Master's (in about another year or so). EC Posted July 22, 2004 Share Posted July 22, 2004 yay well my guy is moving 8 hours away to college and he just got an apartment with two of his best guy roomates who are single. We won't be able to see eachother everyweekend only like once maybe twice amonth and only have phone and internet. I guess I'm worried he'll cheat and just forget little things about me. No. I've never cheated before and I'm not about to start now. I don't get into relationships unless I want to be with only that girl. If I wanted to sleep around I'd just stay single. At this point in my life I'd rather just be in a LTR that may eventually (not anytime soon ) lead to marriage. I guess it depends on your guy, what he wants, the type of person he is, etc, etc.. It's also important that both of you make an effort to make the most of what you have as far as keeping in touch via phone and email. If he's really into you it will show.
