Does she have a problem with me or does she like me?

So there's a new girl at work, I didn't really speak to her for the first few days short of saying "hi" I was too busy to really talk to anyone.

 

I asked her what her name was last week. and she told me and I'm pretty sure I saw her smile as she turned around to walk away.

 

and today I said "hi" and I asked her how she was and she said "fine, you?" I told her I was okay and she seemed to smile for a second again.

 

now the rest of the time this girl doesn't smile, Infact it's the opposite her expression is sort of like she's uncomfortable with me (I've actually seen it change from smiling to the uncomfortable expressiion when she was walking towards me once, I didn't like that) but she's great with everybody else. I'm trying to talk to her a bit to make her more at ease with me because I'm a nice guy really. I really don't think I deserve that sort of thing when I haven't done anything to deserve it.

 

I also catch her glancing a bit from time to time

 

So any help or advice? I think she either doesn't like me or she does and she's nervous.

Hey Andy, it sounds to me like she may or may not be into you. It's best to play these things slow at the work place. Don't do anything overt and don't be to heart broken if she doesn't like you. There's always other girls out there. I try not to date girls I work with because sometimes it can get a little messy. If she does like you, let her come to you.
