*Update* Female friend wanted to introduce me, but....

....her friend is too picky.

 

THere's this woman, I think I might've mentioned this in a post, she's in a relationship, but has a single friend she wanted to introduce me to.

 

I mentioned next Fri, there will be a get together with friends at a local venue, and she said that she'll contact her friend to see if she wants to go, and asked her if I'd be okay for HER to give me HER phone #.

 

She texted her this info, but never returned her friend's text.

 

Her friends (who are ALL in relationships or married by the way) sometimes have to DRAG her out of her home, to get her to do something.

 

She mentioned she's 40 and very picky, and I asked her, "Picky about looks?" and she said, "Yes."

 

The I figured, "Why even introduce me?" LOL

 

But, have you noticed there's always that ONE over 40, single friend that ALl her friends are married or single, they try to fix her up, and EVEN if it's not fixing her up, they have to DRAG her out of the house on a Sat night?

 

The sad thing is, she's attractive. Kind of a waste actually.

....even sadder, she thinks her female friends boyfriend isn't handsome enough. That's pretty cold to say that about someone's boyfriend....however, a lot of her OTHER friends thinks her boyfriend is handsome.

So … does this mean that Russian and foreign women in general DO have "dating hang-ups" after all?

 

A suggestion for you: Stop projecting YOUR values and priorities on people you don't know. It's only sad if and attractive woman chooses not to go to social events of the type that YOU enjoy if that woman feels sad about it.

 

Very likely she is not interested in going to the kinds of gatherings that her friends want to drag her to. Maybe she prefers reading books or knitting. That's not sad.
