Pears always bother my esophagus.

I'll never make a title that makes sense. Bear with me.

So. I'm trying to focus on this body of mine. I'm skinny, 6'0, prolly 150/160 lbs. Ive been doing a mix of light exercises to get my body in some shape, because I've really gotten weak over the lat few years.

I just want to tone up, and from reading about 25 threads, I see I should step it up now. I realize that what I'm asking for is recommendations to supplement in my regimen.

Note: I do not have, nor want access to any gyms in the area. Too damn expensive. I do have access to around 100 lbs in adjustable weights and possibly a bench if I ever want to go in creepy shed to find and reassemble said bench.

My regimen is as follows.

Monday: 20 pushups---50 situps--30 seconds rotating leg lifts on each side (pilates exercise)---30 seconds swimmers pose--10 pushups (pilates exercise)--2-3 hamstring stretches (skiiers lean-..I don't like it too much, it really puts my knees at risk, but I don't know any other real way to focus on my hammies.)

Tuesday: Mashup of 50 situps (mix between turning left/right or staing straight when pulling myself up---25 pushups---30 seconds rotating leg lifts---10 pushups---30 seconds swimmers pose--2-3 hamstring stretches

Wednesday: Ultimate Frisbee (Alot of cardio)

Thursday: Repeat Monday sans hammy

Friday: Repeat Tuesday sans hammy

Saturday: Nothing.

Sunday: Ultimate again.

I realize this seems like a weak workout, but I just started a week ago and I got alot of arm and basic ab definition really fast, but I know I'm going to plateau this week, I can feel it. So, any suggestions on how to help a brother tone up without getting large? Really wanna also work on my speed. I realize I'm getting older-so I gotta do something to help my speed which has waned a bit. I was considering wearing weights on my arms and legs again, I used to a while back and that helped alot. :o Got up to 30 pounds extra for a while there.

I also know I have a healthy diet. I cook alot at home, alcohol intake is at a severe minimum, and I drink a crapton of water now...even though I do drink alot of Gatorade (sugar sugar sugar). And yes. I do eat Doritos on occasion. Like on Saturdays when I'm watching bad Syfy movies.
