I've heard in my research something similar to this when it comes to my age of 20. I am tired all of the time. I do not feel any type emotion pretty much most of the time and I do not like to associate with others. Talking to people in person tends to bother me. I feel kind of numb and I do not know what to do. I got out of a 3 year relationship 8 months ago. I haven't really hung out with friends very much because it is very hard for them to see me. I don't want to die but I find life to be very very boring and "blah". I asked my therapist and she believes I am depressed. So my question is how do you kick yourselves out of this weird, numbing, tired depression. I absolutely do not like it.

Try and engage yourself in things you love to make you feel better, if nothing is working for you at all, try anti-depressants as a last resort.
