Was wondering if this is possible

Recommended Posts

I want to lose 15 pounds from now to December.

In case anyone wants to know

I weigh 176. My pants size are 32/34. Medium size shirt and i'm 5ft 5.

My goal is to be at 150 but I want to do things slowly.

If you start today, yes. slowly is 0.5/1 lb per week. If you want to make it by December, you'll have to shoot for 1lb a week. If you could tell me your activity level, your age and your exact waist measurement, I can decipher you maintenance calories for you. All you have to do after that is subtract 500 from that and voila. You also need to start lifting weights and ignore the b.s the media has fed you.

2 months is a long time to lose 15 pounds so it's definitely possible. However, if you are not living an active lifestyle, you should have started yesterday.

I suggest not burning money on gym memberships or exercise equipments right away. Just do some basic exercises in your home just to see first how your body responds.

Found a Youtube video here

just to get you started. Then find what works for you from there.

When I started this thread I was about to begin my month 2 of insanity. All I can say is that Wow Insanity works. I have went down to a size 30 and i've barely started Week 2 of Month 2. I should also mention I play soccer, and am doing a hybrid with Hip Hop Abs.

Just be motivated and stick your goals. It is not impossible to lose weight. The best thing is, you have also extra activities, well playing soccer would really help.

Nice work -- I was about to suggest you try P90x. My fiancee and I started it two weeks ago, and so far so good. Keep it up!
