I took this for a time when I was in college, and I swear it got me through a couple of difficult courses. Wondering if any LS'ers have tried it and if they found it beneficial. I know alot of the research of it regarding its benefits are mixed. My experience with it very well could have been a placebo thing.

It's in my list for good supplements. Who the heck knows if it really works but, good bloodflow to the brain is always a good thing.

 

I use Claritan-D for my allergies and find that also gives a noticeable mental clarity. I think that's one of the benefits of the psuedephedrine.

 

My favorite combo: With a cup of coffee, wash down a handful of two Ginko, two L-Arginine, one claritan-D, two DHEA, and two red ginseng. Energy and Focus!

 

God knows what that concoction does to my stomach, but it sure gets you ready to rip heads off at work!!

I took it on and off for several years and found absolutely no difference during the on and off periods. It can't really hurt, I guess, so even if it's a placebo effect, any good effect is good?

 

The only natural supplement that I have ever, ever found to work after having tried and researched many (other than the obvious stuff like iron for iron deficiency anemia, etc), is echinaceae for colds.
