He doesn't speak unless I speak to him first..Does that mean he's uninterested?

Like for instance, I said "Hi"to him every morning and today i wanted to test if he would actually say it to me first for a change. And unfortunately, he just walked right on pass as if he didn't even notice i was there.

Definitely uninterested, but that doesn't mean you should stop saying 'hi.' There's nothing wrong with being friendly. Keep being nice to everyone and maybe one day he won't have a stick up his tush and be polite.
