Anybody Have A Good Weekly Workout Routine (Weightlifting routines)

I mean I only have a weight bench and weights of course but is their a certain routine that should be done on a daily basis, like amount of reps or what not..

Depends on what your goals are. You need to go to a gym and work with a trainer or exercise physiologist to work up a routine. If you don't know what you are doing with weight training, not only will you not meet your goals, but you couldd injure yourself.

hehe...I tell everybody I know that. I mean, do you want to look good or look fugly? I don't know about you but I think my goal to join a gym is to look good :D . Anybody can be a trainer, just take some courses and voila...doesn't even require anything. I mean, look at dr. phil...freakin tub of lard is a fitness guru nowadays! sheesh!
