StartingAgain Posted July 31, 2004 Share Posted July 31, 2004 Depends on what your goals are. You need to go to a gym and work with a trainer or exercise physiologist to work up a routine. If you don't know what you are doing with weight training, not only will you not meet your goals, but you couldd injure yourself. Link to post Share on other sites

I don't know about you but I think my goal to join a gym is to look good . Anybody can be a trainer, just take some courses and voila...doesn't even require anything.
