She sent me pictures of a cake she made for a kids BD party last night, I didn't reply... 2 Days NC, I guess you gotta start somewhere :-)

Anyway, this week i went two days without contacting her at all then on Wednesday afternoon I get a message "You haven't talked to me in two hole days, I'm over it"

This made me smile..:rolleyes: How immature!

She was only playing games. This shows very clearly how much she craves the attention but in the end she doesn't want you. She has no respect or empathy for how you feel, she doesn't give a damn for how heartbroken you are. It is all about HER.

She wants your attention, but she doesn't even want to see you..? What a bloodsucking bi*%# ! Only to have her ego feed to know that there is a man out there that longs for her.

She is only playing and pulling your strings and and you will be nothing but her toy if you keep in touch with her.

If I was you I would forward all the history of e-mails to her husband just for the pleasure of revenge.

Davidjor;

Keep East's footnote in your mind - this helped me a lot:

"they don't want you they only want you to want them"

So true.

Ok, Well I she hasn't sent me any text's or anything since Friday night. Which I didn't reply to. Hopwever, I think I am obsessed with checking my dam phone, and facebook. How can I get past this, I think the addiction to checking my phone for messages, and facebook at her status updates etc. is worse thank actually talking to her.

I really just want to get over her 100%, I am going to be traveling to Florida again this week and hopefully, can take steps toward this..

Any ideas as to how to get over this dam facebook, and constently looking at my phone addiction..?

Delete her from your FB page and leave your phone at home!

Go and have a nice vacation... Meet new people and be open to spending time with new people.

Anyway, I haven't heard from her since yesterday.... I hope I can really block the temptation of contacting her or replying to her if she does contact me. :

Two words. BLOCK HER.

This way there's no temptation.

And, you are enforcing NC. The NC is protection for you..This is how you need to look at it. Avoiding anything to do with her in the upcoming months is important and crucial to your grieving, detaching and healing process. How can you begin to get over her if she's still in your life on some level?
