rustyjar Posted October 21, 2012 Share Posted October 21, 2012 so there's this girl at my work.(i know dating at work is a bad idea, so most say) i work in a factory same shift and department as her. i like her quiet a bit we have hung out outside of work a few times now first 2 times she invited me out to the bar with her and to ihop. at the bar was me her an a few co workers, and at ihop it was just me and her. the 3rd time i ask her to the bar. all 3 times i had a great time and so did she. we flirt have fun and talk, so i feel its on the right track. i have had a few friends/co workers come to me and be like so have you asked her out yet, and things like hows it going with her. i am not the most confident person nor am i the most experienced when it comes to this. so i tend to get rather nervous and shy, but with her its different i really have no issues talking to her, hell on the 3rd time we hung out together when we were leaving and alone i did ask her out to dinner. but she said sometime, and she did explain why called it a future yes. she said she wanted to wait until she moved. since she was living with her ex(main reason she hadn't moved out sooner was she didn't have a job and they have a kid together)the kid wont be an issue for me seeing as i love kids spend just about every weekend with my niece and nephew. but she moved Friday but its not really a permanent move since she moved in with her best friend. so how long should i wait before i ask her out again and this time i will call it a date when i ask her, and or should i just flat out ask her to be my girlfriend? any thoughts comment or tips would be appreciated and thanks in advance oh and if you need more to give help just ask away.
