GorillaTheater
what is the bible's view on sex? As far as I'm aware, Jesus didn't have much to say about it except for addressing adultery and lust, which He equated. Paul didn't seem to think that sex was a good idea, but indicated that if the reader felt otherwise, they should get married. I think it was Paul that said spouses shouldn't withhold sex from each other as far as reasonably possible. That about taps out my knowlege on the subject.

pie2
According to the bible, sex outside of marriage (including while engaged) is not permissable.

Jesus didn't have to say anything about it because most anything we would want to talk about was against the Jewish laws which He followed. Paul said withholding sex should only be temporary for a mutually agreed upon time of fasting and prayer. However a rather large church also will add in time as the only authorized method to avoid pregnancy
