kamio Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 We aren't going out yet. We have been friends for years and things took a turn towards flirty when I become single a few months ago. I actually really like this guy! Anyway...I'm wondering why his performance on Sunday has sent him running in the other direction? We went to a smallish party/hang out on Sunday night. It was nothing particularly flash and there were only a few people (maybe 20?). His brother and sister-in-law were there and he was really letting it all hang out, like he just wouldn't leave me alone - in the best kind of way. He was air guitaring to Taylor Swift (who he hates), danced and joked around with me and made sure that I was watching when he was being boysterious. I wasn't entirely certain of his feelings before Sunday and I don't think that I was the only one who caught on. A couple of my friends asked a few questions about us and his sister-in-law 'caught on' as well. I knew that he was going to be at college today and I planned on reciprocating his feelings, you know, so I didn't leave him hanging. I knew that he would freak out a bit, because he made it so damn obvious. And just like I thought he really did freaked out. I rocked up around lunch time said hi to all of our friends and he barely returned my greeting, seemed completely distant and wouldn't even look me in the eyes...he was super reserved (as opposed to the laughing five seconds before he realised I was there) and left within 4 minutes of me rocking up. I went to the bathroom came back out and he had apparently bolted! What on earth do you think is going on! Is he covering his butt? Link to post Share on other sites
